What if I haven’t worked out in years?
You are more than welcome. Our trainers are able to modify to help work up to your full potential.
What’s the age requirement to workout here?
The age requirement is 16 and we require a guardian to sign a waiver for all minors.
What should I wear to workout?
Bring clean sneakers and comfortable clothing that allows you to move around.
Is there a weight/measurement evaluation I can do?
Of course. You are invited to do your evaluation on our medical grade INBODY 570. Learn more than just how much you weigh but rather how much of your composition consist of body fat, water, and muscle. We recommend you periodically weigh in to see how your body composition changes.
Do I have to call before coming in?
No way. All you have to do is show up on time or early for your desired session time.
